This is something I'd love to have. The little side note is that the weather has to work with me too once I have it. Maybe I'll try this as a DIY... Fingers crossed!

DIY - Charles Anastase Skirt
Can't afford Charles Anastase? That's ok, with a little DIY and some patience you'll have your own unique skirt! A little TIP... Try it with different colours and/or fabrics to make it your own.
